Gulf Copper's facilities provide pipe, plate and structural repair and fabrication services, along with performing machining, millwright, boiler repair, diesel repair, pump repair, valve repair, along with electrical, painting, and blasting services.

Our work force is motivated, versatile, and skilled in their ability to accomplish any shipboard task. The Company has certified welders in accordance with ASME Sec. IX, United States Coast Guard, American Bureau of Shipping, and the U.S. Navy.

Gulf Copper’s management has extensive experience in shipbuilding, ship conversion, reactivation, repair, and associated processes, procedures, methods, and standards.

Management averages over thirty years of related experience, and the supervisors average over twenty years in the marine industry. The Company also has a competent administrative support staff, which includes accounting, purchasing and QA/QC.

Gulf Copper’s customer list includes most major U.S. commercial ship operators as well as the U.S. Government Maritime Administration, Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Military Sealift Command.
