Gulf Copper has recently expanded its original home in Port Arthur by acquiring two new shipyards. The combined facilities now include three fully operational yards, as well as Gulf Copper headquarters. These facilities provide dry-docking as well as fabrication and machining, specializing in services for offshore and inland tugs, towboats, barges and other types of commercial vessels and businesses that operate primarily on or near inland and coastal waterways. In addition to repairs, project staging and large-scale fabrications can be accommodated on the water for easy load-out and project decommissioning. |
