Gulf Copper has been operating on the island of Guam continuously since 2007, and serves Military Sealift Command, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and commercial customers. We operate under an approved Agreement for Boat Repair (N00024-98-H-8736) with the Naval Sea Systems Command and an approved Agreement for Boat Repair (N00033-08-H-0001) with Department of the Navy Military Sealift Command.

Gulf Copper is a full-service ship repair facility and provides the highest quality repair and alteration services to Military Sealift Command, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and commercial marine vessels home ported or visiting Guam. The customer is the focus of Gulf Copper Guam's management, production, quality assurance and logistics teams. We now know the local ship repair climate and the meaning of competitive bidding, and have established a ship repair facility on the island of Guam suited to the customer's needs.
