FabricatingGulf Copper facilities, including a coded shop with all stamps and certificates for pressure vessels, have been providing fabrication services to customers for more than 60 years. These services have varied in size and complexity, but never in our quality of workmanship or our commitment to details. Our employee owners work diligently to demonstrate our commitment to your projects.
Gulf Copper's certifications, stamps and quality systems are overseen and maintained by our staff metallurgist and quality assurance department. Our processes and procedures are created to ensure 100% material traceability and that quality products are delivered on time and on budget.
We specialize in high-pressure vessels and piping, along with major critical structural steel weldments (Smart Steel). From TLP tendon hang-off structures to BOP support frames, PLEMs, PLETs, skids, de-sanders and pressure tanks, Gulf Copper has no limitations when it comes to fabrication of high-level structural integrity. |

MachiningGulf Copper facilities in Port Arthur and Corpus Christi have machining capabilities that have proven valuable when customers have chosen Gulf Copper to provide shipyard services. In emergency situations it is comforting for customers to know that the selected yard is a full service facility.
Gulf Copper does provide outside machining services but the primary focuses on providing services to our good customers that utilize our shipyard services. Shaft repairs and small and large machine shop services round out a company that strives to serve our customers and save them time and money.
